We are pleased to see the submissions for contributions are flooding in. To give even more people the opportunity to lay the final hand on their proposals, we have decided to extend the submission deadline with a couple of weeks. The new and final deadline to submit a contribution is March 14, 2024.

Rick Szostak to host panel discussion

In other great news: we are pleased to inform that Rick Szostak has confirmed to host a panel discussion during ITD24! The much praised scholar from Canada will host the panel on Commonalities and Divergences in Inter/Transdisciplinary Thought. The purpose of this plenary is to take stock of areas of emerging consensus around the nature of inter/transdisciplinarity and how best to perform inter/transdisciplinary research and teaching, and areas in which important differences in point of view can still be identified. Special attention will be paid to regional differences in these topics.

The Railway Museum: a very special conference venue

ITD24 will take place at a unique location: the Railway Museum in Utrecht. This special museum is located in a classic train station, built in 1874, and restored to its former glory. It exudes 19th-century grandeur, complete with marble floors, chandeliers and waiting rooms. As an ITD attendee you can also visit the entire museum.
